About Are Ye Well

Ruth is the maker behind the brand, Are Ye Well. Ruth is an Irish woman, now recently living in the beautiful Hunter Valley.

Ruth's educational background is in psychology, holding a Masters in Health and Social Care. After spending 7+ years working in a variety of community services and going through a pandemic, Ruth further developed her skills as a Health & Wellness Coach.

Are-ye-well was initially set up on a social media platform during Covid, in Ruth's local town, in order to promote positivity and encourage people to take control of their own mental health and well-being, during uncertain/challenging times. This was done by sharing information, tips & tools, and personal stories with viewers.

Fast forward a year and Ruth has created a gratitude journal, Mindful Moments. The practice of giving gratitude (thanks) each day for things in our lives has the power to change our mindset and help us to view our lives and what we have, in a more positive light.

Ruth hopes that Mindful Moments is a tool to support you to gain clarity on what is important to you and what keeps you well.
