We want your order to land safely and quickly! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

⁕ DISPATCH
We pack and dispatch orders as quickly as we can.
- Orders placed by 12 noon (Mon–Fri) will be dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 12 noon, or on weekends, will be dispatched the following business day
- Sometimes life gets busy and small delays happen - if yours is affected, we'll let you know.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it the whole way. If it's not in your inbox, please check your junk folder. Still missing? Email us at hello@pollynco.com.au and we'll resend it.
⁕ SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We use Australia Post and Aramex. Costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight and destination, and you'll see Standard and Express options before you confirm your order.
⁕ NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
We ship to New Zealand via Australia Post. Costs are calculated by weight at checkout.
Please note:
- Polly & Co does not cover import duties, taxes or customs charges applied by the destination country
- Please check that your country accepts the products you're ordering before placing your order
- We can't accept responsibility for customs delays or import laws in the destination country
⁕ PICK UP
Free Click + Collect from our Muswellbrook store (NSW 2333). We'll text or email you when your order is ready, along with pick-up details.
⁕ LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer local delivery within Muswellbrook (CBD NSW 2333). Pop any delivery instructions in the notes section at checkout.
If you're not home, we'll leave your order at your front door - please make sure you have a safe, weather-protected spot before choosing this option.
We also deliver to neighbouring towns (Singleton, Scone, Denman and others) from time to time. Email us at hello@pollynco.com.au to find out the next delivery date for your town.
