Our Shipping Policy

We work as fast as possible to pack and dispatch your order, and usually process orders within 1-2 business days of purchase. However, sometimes life and work gets busy, which may result in small delays. We'll let you know if this happens.

We aim to keep shipping costs down for you as much as possible, and make it super easy. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email from us with your tracking number. All orders will be sent with a tracking number so you can find out where you order is at all times. If you don't receive an email, please check your junk mail folder to make sure it isn't hiding there. Otherwise, pop us an email at hello@pollynco.com.au or use our Contact Us form and we'll get another copy to you.

Domestic Shipping (within Australia)

  • $9.95 standard shipping for orders up to $150
  • Free standard shipping for orders over $150

We use Sendle, Australia Post and other third parties to send your packages.

International Shipping

We use Australia Post for international shipping. Weight based calculations are used to determine the cost of shipping to your country.

Please note Polly & Co does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country.Please ensure products can be shipped to your country prior to ordering. Polly & Co does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties / taxes, or import laws that may apply in the destination country.

Click + Collect from Muswellbrook

We offer free Click + Collect from Muswellbrook, NSW 2333. We’ll contact you by Text, or Email when your order is ready for collection, with pick up details.

Free Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery within Muswellbrook, NSW 2333 for orders over $75, or delivery for a $9.95 fee for orders below $75. If you have any instructions for delivery, please record them in the notes section as you go through the checkout. If you aren't home, we'll leave your order at your front door, so please ensure that you have a safe and weather friendly location for your delivery before choosing this option.
