A blend of red capsicum & cayenne chilli smoked using our traditional method, this chilli jam is perfect for cheese plates, to die for on goats cheese! Damn good on fish/seafood, chicken and pork, or simply substitute regular sweet chilli sauce with this twisted flavour bomb.

INGREDIENTS: Red Capsicum (28%), Cayenne Chilli (15%), Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Lime, Citrus Pectin, Salt.
