🪴 Satin Pothos (Scindapsus Pictus 'Argyraeus')

Satin Pothos, or Scindapsus pictus 'Argyraeus', is a dreamy trailing plant known for its velvety, heart-shaped leaves adorned with silvery splashes. Its soft, satin-like sheen gives it a luxurious look without the diva attitude - this one’s easygoing and low-maintenance. Satin Pothos 〰️ Care Guide

 POSITION / LIGHT: Loves bright, indirect light for the best variegation. It can tolerate lower light, but the leaves may lose their silver sparkle. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the foliage.

  WATERING: Water when the top 3–4cm of soil feels dry. Like most aroids, it prefers to slightly dry out between waterings. Don’t let it sit in soggy soil root rot is a no go.

  TEMPERATURE: Thrives in typical indoor temps between 18–26°C. Keep it away from cold drafts and extreme temperature changes.

  FERTILISER: Feed monthly in spring and summer with a diluted, balanced liquid fertiliser. Skip fertilising in the cooler months.

  GROWTH RATE: Moderate grower. It can trail or climb up to 1–2 metres over time, especially when given something to cling to like a moss pole or trellis.

  PET FRIENDLY? No. Satin Pothos is toxic if ingested, so be sure to keep it out of reach of pets and children.
