The Chandelle Set in Port Lligat by Maison Balzac ✸

The Port Lligat set of candles tells the story of an afternoon on the beach, from the different sand colours to the various sea shades as you swim away from shore, all captured across five coloured chandelles: caramel, miel, raffia, sky, and royal blue.

DETAILS

+ Colour: Caramel, Miel, Raffia, Sky, Sapphire

+ Set of 5 per box

+ Size: 25cm long, 9.84"

+ Approx 9 hours burn time each.

+ Candle base fits in a 2cm diameter candleholder ( Candleholder sold separately.)

+ 100% plant based stearin wax with cotton wick (wax RSPO certified).

+ Please note that due to the nature of the wax, our candles may produce a soft white film on the outside. This is known as blooming, and is a naturally occurring process. It in no way affects the quality or burning of the candle.
About Maison Balzac

Maison Balzac was created in Australia in 2012 by French-born Elise Pioch Balzac to express her endless imagination.

Elise started her career at Hermès in Paris under Martin Margiela's artistic direction, then as a fashion buyer in Australia for multi-brand boutiques Belinda and The Corner Shop. After travelling the world and being exposed to beauty and creativity for 10 years, she had a desire to apply her fashion eye to homewares. She calls it "jewellery for the table", and it truly is like dressing up a mini theatre for the everyday.

What started as a collection of five perfumed candles has become a homeware world of its own, exploring the beauty of hand-blown coloured glassware, trompe l'oeil linen, colourful platters and unusual fragrances. We invent intriguing and playful objects to trigger emotions around the dining table, transforming the everyday act of eating or drinking into quirky, memorable moments.

Today Maison Balzac can be seen in the best boutiques and department stores around the world from Moda Operandi and Browns Fashion, to Coming Soon New York and The Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles.
