Not to show off or anything, but this is a truly beautiful book that the Journey of Something team worked on for over a year. At JOS we really believe in the power of gratitude.  We often joke that gratitude is our religion. 

Practicing gratitude is just as important for adults as it is for kids, so this is a book that adults and kids can do together. Each page has prompts for 'big people' and 'little people' to each list what they are grateful for. It also includes other fun questions and activities that promote gratitude and positive thinking. 

Spend a few minutes each day doing a page at a time.
