A delicious collaboration of salted caramel chocolates made with Pepe Saya Butter and Olsson's Sea Salt.
It's the butter and salt that make a salted caramel bon bon so delicious. The better the butter, the better the caramel, dipped in chocolate and then sprinkled with sea salt flakes, giving the bon bon the perfect rounded finish.

Olsson’s is the oldest family-owned and operated company producing salt in Australia. They have been producing solar sea salt since 1960, sourced from the Eyre Peninsula, South Australia, have a fresh flavour evocative of the pure ocean waters from which they are made. The salt is hand-harvested and retains many natural marine minerals.
About Pepe Saya
Pepe Saya Buttery was started in 2010, with the dream of making a beautiful tasting Australian cultured butter and creating a shift towards using local butter. Made in a unique round pat with the iconic Pepe Saya head, the first rounds were sold at Carriageworks Farmers Markets in November 2010.
The difference in Pepe Saya butter in the process they go through to make it. The butter isbeurre de baratte(butter of the churn)- it is batch churned from single origin cream, creating a natural and less processed product.
