If there are any problems with your order, please email email@example.com so we can rectify any issues immediately.
If you find that you have purchased the wrong size (e.g. for clothing), we offer exchange of product only (no refunds), within two weeks, or we will provide a store credit. We do not offer refund for change of mind.
If there is a fault with your product, we will replace the product. Where the product can't be replaced, we will offer a store credit, or a refund.
